Caring for your ceramics

Please treat your ceramic item with care. Merri Street ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, however, we always recommend gentle hand-washing to prolong the life of your special piece.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is a $10 flat fee (or $15 for express). International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Exchanges/Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time, so please choose carefully. All sales are considered final.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@merristreetceramics.com with photographs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Just a reminder that every item is entirely handmade and therefore one-of-a-kind. As is the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variances in size or finish are considered normal. Dimensions listed are approximate.
